What is the difference between a modular home and a site-built home?
A modular home is built in a controlled environment of a factory or plant, and is therefore not susceptible to weather delays or contractor scheduling. A site-built home is built on the foundation at the site of construction.
Can modular homes be customized to my wishes?
Yes! A home is rarely ordered by a customer without undergoing customization. Our salesperson Ricky Nelson is happy to accommodate any special requests that you may have.
Can I have a modular home built from my own plan?
Yes, it is possible in many cases. Again, our salesperson Ricky will work with you to ensure that your plan is modular feasible.
How long does it take to build a modular home?
The building time for a modular home can vary from approximately 6-8 weeks.
Where and how are modular homes built?

Do modular homes come with a warranty?
A Maple Leaf Home has an exceptional 7 year structural warranty, as well as a 1 year service warranty. Warranty work is completed locally by Disher Homes
